I am continuing with my trend of not being great with keeping up with this blog (that I started back in 2007 I think). Just so you know, this blog has mostly been my online scrapbook as I am AWFUL at printing pictures, keeping albums, etc. So I know not many read this blog and I'm cool with it. Today is a snow day...so I have time to do this!!!
The last few months of 2016 have been eventful and mostly because of this guy.....
Samson has been a wonderful addition to our family. In this picture he was just 8 weeks old and 12 pounds! He has grown so much and we love him like crazy!!!
Addison has been busy with a lot of wonderful 5th grade activities. She just graduated from DARE and here is a picture from the 5th grade Turkey Bowl at school. I can't believe she is almost done with elementary school. :(
We then celebrated Thanksgiving.
We have so much to be thankful for as 2016 has been a good year for our family!
Addison is currently in the middle of her 3rd basketball season and this year they have 11 girls from Kellison on the team.
My cousin Amy did a great job with our family pictures this year (of course Samson had to be in the picture). It was freezing that morning!
All of a sudden Christmas came and went...(here we are on Christmas Eve).
Over break we got to enjoy a lot of Christmas movies, fires, lazy time...and puppy love!
The highlight of our Christmas break was surprising the kids with a quick ski trip to Wisconsin (our Christmas gift to them). It didn't compare to skiing in Colorado like last Christmas, but we got our fix.
Skiing is the one activity that the 4 of us absolutely LOVE to do together.
On our way home from Wisconsin we stopped in Chicago for the night.
We spent NYE with some of my best friends and their families. It was the perfect way to end the year!
I'm hoping to continue with the trend in 2017....not as a lazy blogger but with another year as good as 2016.
